Hello everyone! I'm new to the server and to FFXI, since I never had a chance play back when I was younger.
Finally decided to play the game, but didn't want to spend the money on retail (Hard times...), so I decided to find a private server, and ended up here.

Anyway, I just created a little Tarutaru (Since I played a Lalafell in FFXIV) named Kurota, and started out in Bastok. Anyone willing to help guide a new player, or anyone just starting out as well, send me a tell so we can engage in jolly cooperation.

I'm hoping to have a great time here, and be able to finally enjoy FFXI after all those years.

If you find someone in BastokRepublic linkshell, they'll be more than happy to hook you up with a pearl. If you haven't gotten one by the time I get home from work tonight I'll get you one myself.

I got a pearl for the MogHouse linkshell, which from what I read on the forums, is like the server linkshell, right?
I don't know if I'll be on by the time you get in, I've got university classes by night, so I can only play during the day, and today I had to leave specially early.
But I'd be happy to get in the linkshell, more ways to talk to people is always good.

Well, my classes have been canceled for today and tomorrow, so I'll be on soon. I'll make sure to make a shout in Bastok for the pearl, and contribute to make Bastok even greater!
