Well, I'm wondering now if I should just switch to H2H weapon. I'm trying to figure out how to salvage my path to Corsair without having to start over. I'm a level 9 Thief now.

You could ask in the Jobs/Corsair section of the forum. I expect you'll get good answers.

Looks like you have to be within 3 levels of each other to group and get EXP properly. Maybe that's why it didn't work the other night. Still not sure if it's worth it if you get more EXP soloing. Is there any sort of bonus to grouping? I'm pretty sure Everquest had a group leveling bonus.
