Character Name: Cinnasticks
Played FFXI? I played the night it launched in the US and for many, many years after.
Came from: I don't remember my first server...it was very low pop and quickly was merged with Hades. I played very briefly on Leviathan, but spent over 5 years on Hades.
Years Played: Oct 2003 - 2008
How you found us? An old LS mate sent me the Kotaku article, and I mulled it over ever since. I came back with some old friends, and we're having a blast.
Other MMO's? WoW periodically across all its expansions, some FFXIV that just really bored me. I dabbled in a bunch of others, but not much.
Anything else? I lead a Dynamis and Sea Shell that had international members, from Aussies to Scotts to Japanese and am still friends with many of them over 15 years later. Some of them I even met IRL! I love this game and am happy to have found a server that's so similar to the OG game I played!

Welcome back! I hope you find what you're looking for here, I know I did. "Classic" city dynamis is just way too awesome, and I'm happy to see that replicated here, for the most part. Of course it's not perfect, but it's pretty damn close, and fun nonetheless.

Did you have the same character name on Leviathan? Your name looks very familiar lol

I never played on Leviathan. I was on Pandemonium, which later was forcibly moved into Asura.

No I went by Alanna on Levi, and Yeti on Hades. Cinnasticks is a tag I started using after I quit FFXI, unfortunately. D:

I was going to say there was a Cinnasticks on Leviathan. I remember that as well!

I was after the merge - Originally from Remora then merged to Leviathan. I was Princekheldar on Leviathan. Originally Kheldar but name was take and was forced to change mine. Princekheldar was like 8th on my list but everything I tried was already taken. During the merge there were a lot of players on Leviathan making mules as the same name of our chars on Remora on purpose to force us to change. A guy on server made mules named Kheldar, Ambar, Silk (all names of the same character from a book). It was a fiasco lol. I think 90% of the people in my endgame LS had to change names.

I remember Yeti vaguely lol I think we were in the same social LS maybe. Xenoth/Kingpin here of AS mainly. The socials I remember were... Eminence maybe?
