Other MMO's? I came and went on FFXIV, but it never had the same appeal FFXI does. Returned to retail FFXI on Asura, maxed out a few jobs and got bored, but was nice to solo story content I hadn't got around to finishing in the past. Tried out Kupo private server at the insistence of a friend, but wasn't a fan. Not sure how it's doing now, but at the time there was around 20 people logged in at any given time, maybe about 100 during peak hours - the ghost town that is Vanadiel on Kupo was seriously depressing for me. Seeing the world I know and love completely empty was just weird.

Loving Nasomi so far - only 13 WAR but I've spent my first week doing nothing but mining, acquiring field gear, and crafting. Trying to set myself up for financial success as soon as I can because I'm not a big fan of NM camping/farming. I am looking for a casual linkshell in the meantime if anyone will have me. I don't have much to offer yet but I'm well on my way.

Anyone from Garuda retail? Would be really cool to see some old acquaintances still playing. I was Bonecrusha on Garuda 2004-2009ish
