Hello!

I've just started a new character in windy named Aeo, which is derived from the longer name Aeolus and pronounced kinda like A-Oh. My real name is David and I'm 26 living in the US. It's been a while for me, but I enjoyed FFXI between 2004 and 2012 before deactivating my retail account. In that time, I really liked healing as WHM or playing support roles, and I did so as part of an end game ls on Sylph (originally from Fairy) for the majority of my play time. Given my schedule these days I'll be taking it slow, but I hope to join everyone doing fun stuff sometime in the near future.

I'll probably be on in the evenings and on weekends, so I'm looking forward to meeting more people! Would it also be possible for me to get a pearl to the ls? By the way, is there a Discord channel for the group (or vent/teamspeak/skype)? Hope to talk to more of you all in game, thanks for having me.

Hello and welcome! Just do a shout in town asking for a pearl to MogHouse and someone will hook you up. I can also run a pearl out to you if needed. As to the discord, et al., I'm not aware of anything.

Fair warning, it can be a little tougher to find groups as whm in dunes because a lot of people have power levelers there. Just sick with it or start your own group. Occasionally, someone with a PL may still invite you even. Is recommend leveling BLM first to get your subjob for that reason. BLM is always in demand.
