You'll have to be more proactive as it takes 2 separate high level crafts, 1 to desynth the subligar, and another to make the manteel. Noone is going to take the risk of losing it all for you. And certainly not for less than a 25% return on investment. The clothcrafter you'll need has two 5% chances of complete loss in desynthing the subligar and then turning the threads into the cloth. The Goldsmither then has a 10% chance to break the manteel. There is exactly noone anymore on this server that has both of these crafts leveled up so your only course of action outside of joining an endgame ls and earning your gear through completed content, is to commision two separate crafters to do these synths for you with your own supplied materials.
