All depends on how quickly ISNM get added. The other source won't be creating a ton of mats. Unless there are other avenues I am unaware of.

The last I heard mining points in halvung were inaccessible, but maybe they arent anymore. I never really knew for sure what was up, just rumors.

ISNM before BCNM 50s and 60s, ENMS, and many KSNMs? I wouldnt bet on it, but maybe.

If the mining points in halvung are in agro range of mobs, that .5% mining rate is going to make luminium ore very rare.

Tomoe is unobtainable right now.

On the flip side:

Luminium ore/scintillate ingots are not the most useful thing, demand wont be too high I guess.

Im sure someone will want an engetsuto +1, depending on their drive and luck, there could be a bunch for sale.

I didn’t realize the ore was that rare from mining.

There are other ways to get ingots, none of which are very easy to get tho.
