Not gonna lie, I’m tempted to blow all my seals and try out the turtle KSNM, but am just worried it might be busted or something since I haven’t talked to anyone that’s done it yet on Nasomi.. anyone here given it a go yet?

I know the drop rates are garbo (especially on kriegs compared to Behemoth KSNM), but hey, you -can- get both... and everyone’s gotta get lucky sometime, right? ^^

Who's abusing Simmy camp? You mean putting in the time and effort to camp it and profiting off one of the worst camps in the game to camp low man? There's a reason why Strider's are 6m, and its not because its being monopolized.

Yes, Strider Boots drop from KS99. The drop rate is very good (at least 30-40%). The KSNM requires maybe 8 melee with a healer and two BRDs. You don't need BLMs. Just keep wailing on him.

That being said, I still think Strider Boots are priced appropriately. People are paying 6M for it, so it's worth 6M. The literal definition of value is defined as what someone will pay for it. You can't say an expensive iPhone is not worth $1,000 if there is a line at the Apple store when it comes out and they're sold out for weeks.

At a 30% drop rate that means it takes an average of 333 Kindred Seals to see one. I can farm 6M a lot faster than I can farm 333 Kindred Seals, and on a server where a Haubergeon is over 1.2M, 6M for something as desirable as Movement Speed +12% isn't that bad.

Happy to confirm turtle ks99 does infact work and totes drops boots. How many boot you ask? 4/10. Sounds alot better than the speed belt drop rate. That more me is like .... 0/30something?
