If you're serious about getting something crafted, your post needs more information.

1) What item are you looking for?
2) Are you providing the materials or are you expecting the crafter to provide some/all of it?
3) Most important, how much are you going to pay to have the synth done? You need to provide an incentive for someone with a 100 craft to go out of their way to find you.

LL boots -> Winged boots
NQ 5,000gil HQ 12,000gil reward
can't afford more as I don't have more.
