Wanting to see some people's opinions on this. Unsure where to sub in MND pieces since +Enfeebling Magic appears most crucial in landing these spells

Please let me know which gears are a must when casting on lvl75+ mobs

List of things that I think have to be there first:

Warlock Body, +15
Duelist Head, +15
Enfeebling Torque, +7
Altruistic Cape, +5
Nashira seraweels, +5
Avocat pigaches, +3

Assuming this is correct, are the rest sufficient:

Devotee's Mitts +1 (MND+6)
Star/Celestial Earring x2, (MND+2/3)
Aqua Ring x2, (MND+5)
Duelist belt, (MND+4) I know Penitents beats this by +1, but just humor me)

My 2 cents drop 1 earring for a loq, the extra bit of fast cast there may be more beneficial than the extra +1/+2 mnd .

Slow 2 doesn't take a ton of mind to cap, pretty sure if you can hit 76-80 mnd you'll cap slow 2s effect, then it's just needing acc to land it.

Para2 can take a good bit if mnd to hit the 30% cap, it may even go higher here, but I'm not 100% sure about that, I don't parse but I've seen some ridiculous para2 proc rates, way higher than 30%. If it increases past 30% it would be solely based on the diff between your mind and the mobs mind, so more mind on para2 is better.

As far as I know, Star and Celestial earring don't exist here. You would have to make do with Communion Earring which are obscenely pricey, or just have 1 less MND with the Harvest earring.

If 2 MND=1 macc, which I have read online, Avocat feet would be strictly worse than Mahatma feet and only slightly better for sticking the debuff than Errant feet but still not worth it since you would lose potency.

As for potency of Para II (1/5), I did a small amount of testing on low level rarabs and found around a 35% proc rate over the course of a handful of spell casts. Someone on BG talked about really high rates like, 55% but I couldn't even get close to that and I doubt another 4 merits would change that.
