Are there any working BCNMs or OWNMS right now that drop refresh? Im at 41 with my RDM, would really like to take it to 75 and kind of stuck without it. Prices on the AH have gone from 65k to 400k per scroll and there aren't even any on there now ><. Ideas?

Supposedly the BCNMs are currently not working for this drop, as well as many others.

lvl 40 OWNMs probably work.
