The account that is supposed to be in town only - what are the limitations to that account?
Can it be ran from one town to another? Or airshipped?
Can it be a crafter? A Fisher?

I have my in town account in Bastok but I was considering long term impact of what Bastok offers vs the other starters and Jeuno.

You can walk it around the world map, just don't have 3 on at once in the world map. If you weren't allowed, then all those jeuno bazaar mule wouldn't have been able to walk there, so I'm sure you're safe walking around in the outside world.
