As mentioned i'm an old school ffxi player and this server interest me. I just have a few questions while i'm downloading the game again.

1: how active is endgame? i mean with low server pops and such are there linkshells that still do kirin fights and Fafnir/nid NMs?

2: the economy, how well off is it?


3: if some of the bcnms are broke, how do u get certain spells, such as refresh etc. etc. utsusemi: Ni and such

The economy is like 2006 without RMT

well thank you for the replies. as far as the economy i don't know what that would look like cause 2006 was a golden year for rmt on my old server lol =P

To obtain spells and such the would drop from bcnm’s, as of right now till they are implanted we have what is call OWNM. Open World Notrious Monsters, these are not your normal NMs but dragons level 30-60 iir,in some of the zones that drop the same treasure as the bcnm in those areas would, such as Utsi Ni, refresh and so on. You can still obtain refresh from the regular NM.

The community is very friendly from my experience, I have been a member for the last 4 months and have nothing but good things to say about the people I have met and adventure with.

The economy is fine, though you have to be willing to put in some time and effort to get yourself established. There are about 5-6 linkshells that could be considered endgame, though depending on who you ask, that number could drop to as low as 2.

Atma and yes are the big endgames really nice people can ask them for help anytime

it's pretty good. Some things are out of whack because of supply/demand, but in general it's operating like it was intended without RMT

Some BCNM's work. Otherwise, there are OWNMs created by Nas to drop the items from different BCNM's. They are dragons that are just standing out in the world, and when you engage them your party is level synced to fight.
