What are they? I have no trouble teleporting my level 75 box to jeuno with me, but I have not been able to teleport a couple 20 somethings. I'm assuming nas does not want people being able to just transport lowbies to jeuno instantly, but has anyone tested the exact requirements. I'm too lazy, thanks.

Have the Tidal Talisman user be the last one to enter the zone.

You can tidal anyone. Just do what Nab said. You can get a lvl 1 to Kazham, if that's your wish.
