It's related to his auto HP fix. If the game doesn't sent you the packet that kills you, your client won't spam the "SPAWN ME PLEASE" packet that causes you to auto HP.

Anyway, Nas says he's fixed it but there hasn't been a patch since then. So maybe that won't happen anymore.

Has anyone tried level 20 garrison recently and had it work?

We tried North Gustaberg last night but couldn't get it to work. After trading the Darksteel Engraving to the I.M. dude at the outpost it just crashed everyone in the zone. Everyone had R->0 and then timed out quickly. No level sync happened, no mobs spawned, no dialogue triggered with the NPC.

Was there any follow up on whether Garrison works?
