I wouldn't be surprised if nas left himself some wiggle room in the wording depending on how much gil was removed from the economy. ~25mil got removed, more than that in items got added.

Well, technically the Kclub etc aren't going to vendor for much at all, so it's still gil removed. But if those players decide to sell it'd certainly take it out of the pockets of people with hundreds of millions who otherwise don't spend it.
