This is most likely why Ninja's don't have sneak, because no one wants to explore the other BCNMs

I've heard some talk about certain rare/ex items being 100% drop rate from BCNMs. Is this the case with Peacock? Is this even the case with other items or am I getting wrong info?

I think I've seen 2 peacocks in 11 kills.

BCNM 60 Up In Arms completed it twice, and did not get any drops. I think it is bugged.
