As for the falling prices, I'm much more inclined now to undercut my stuff from 1900 to 1800, or 1700, or further under the current system. The reason being I want it to sell, and not sit there at 1900 when everyone else puts it at 1700. If I can return it easily, I'll try to keep the price as normal as possible.

Or have it to where you pay an increase in tax to relist the current item listed on AH in question. This would make it to where the server gets a gil sink back into the world and a way to stifle people from abusing the feature.
I have no guess as to what tax rate it would be, but it'd have to be more than 10%
