Can anyone confirm these are in game and NPC for the same as retail? Looking to begin the Ebisu quest line but would like confirmation before I sink time into this.

I wouldn't 100% write it off yet, but I tried about 50 casts in beaucadine with ebsiu + sinking minnow and didn't see it. I think that fish wasn't introduced until WotG era, so I wouldn't expect to find it here.

Just pulled 5 stacks of sole out of that place with Arma's setup and 100 fishing. Nothing else but rusties, arrowwood, and copper. I also do not recognize the fish from when I played from pre-CoP to ToAU.
