I’m not sure how difficult this would be to implement, but it seems pretty straight forward. Following the use of Flashy Shot, the next ranged attack (first hit only on barrage,) or ranged WS ignores the level correct part of the damage calculation, and adds 300 CE to the attack. Each additional merit adding a 5% ranged attack bonus to the attack.

Would definitely add some more RNG melee potential in HNMs

Agreed with this wholeheartedly. Really every job forum should have a stickied post consolidating every known issue with them so they can all be found in an easily accessible place by Nasomi since I'm sure he isn't aware of every single bug affecting every job, especially the more niche ones.
