Anything with sleep and /nin. I did it on THF with sleep bolts here, though the 'you cannot see target' shit made it take far more attempts than it should have. Bad -repeated ga luck from the eye can also wreck an attempt.
I used to solo the fight on BLU but that obviously requires a lot more setup time to be viable solo. THF yeah, I could see that working; if you wanted to do it truly solo, is there any vendor that sells sleep bolts? Or would you have to craft these? RDM is probably the most viable starting job with access to Sleep, and some weak nukes; you probably wouldn't even need NIN for it, but you might need to skill up elemental magic and the path is a lot slower without flee. Killing mobs shouldn't be too hard though.
