Can someone tell me what changed in the NM Eastern shadow from the previous update?

Nas mentioned in stream that the NMs in Fei'Yin now have their ToD's preserved through a zone reset, so I'd assume the same is now true of ES.

It was changed to mirror the actual pop behavior from retail I believe which is now 18-36 hour lottery pop off of placeholders. From what I understand (I never camped it) it used to be 36 hours on the dot in the same exact spot. The change makes it harder to camp and thus the reason that the price is going up on the bow.
