Once Nunyenunc spawns/dies (not sure which, but it is a trivial distinction here), the placeholders break until the zone crashes or resets. Keep an eye on world status if you want that wand. You would be surprised how many times W.Saruta has crashed and only a few cared. Even something like 2-5 days of uptime might be justification to check for popped placeholders. GL!

Thank you after waiting for a few weeks and the server reset... I finnally got it to pop (I killed every crow from giddeus to the far back of the OP, straight back to the edge of the map north)
I got it to spawn after killing them all about 2 times.
