I did this in a static. Took 10 runs (so 30 orbs) to get 1 for each of us.

If you want a PCA run it with Fujin you'll go 1/5 at worst and he will get a pile of colored rocks and Tilt Belts. (<3 you Foojin)

Bst/blu/smn is a different comp for this that is fun and works very well by the way.

if you want an excuse to dust off your Power Ranger, 2x RNG/NIN + SMN (or RDM, or BST, or anything that can reliably kite and toss out some paralynas as /WHM) works great too. Being paralyzed doesn't prevent you from doing ranged attacks.

Our strat had always been:
1) kiter pulls big eye and takes it off to do whatever kinky things they do in dark corners
2) each ranger shoots their own eye once to grab aggro
3) shadowbind one eye, while both rangers barrage the other eye (this usually kills it off, or nearly so)
4) after one eye is dead, double-team other eye til it's dead
5) kiter pulls big eye back, set up in triangle formation (so breakga only hits one person) and kill it, paralyna as needed

Got mine ~1/10

I have no statistical basis for luck, but it **feels** like the more runs you do back to back, the better the drops, as opposed to doing just 3 runs and stopping.
Who knows.

lol yeah, it took me over 1.4k seals with double orbs and people show up randomly and get a pca on their first try after I've done about 10 that day.

At least on our last orbs we got 2 in a row!
