How does one contact Nasomi about a mission bug? I've been posting on the forums, Naschat and Help desk for over 6 months now about my character Java's sandy 2-3 mission bug. Also is Support not working anymore? Doesn't seem to open for me anymore.

just go to the mcdonalds near his house and wait in the parking lot he will show up pretty quickly
