You're intent wasnt to MPK. You nuked and killed the mobs that were not claimed. As long as the mobs you nuked didnt kill them, then your fine. As far as I know nas rules are unclaimed mobs are free game. As long as you didn't mpk with them then your fine. Sucks for them. Hopefully next time they learn to work better with grps waiting.

It also resets at midnight. If you were going in at 10pm EST, and you take two hours, if they were next they would lose their day of dyna. So this could be why the zone "crashed" and they claimed they were ahead of you. That is some lowblow shit.

But if you have no intent of MPK? Like just casting nuka-gas to finish mobs under 10%? Seems harmless. How can nasomi ever establish intent to MPK if it's not blatantly obvious, (thf/whm diaging the pull and hiding, or thf/blm stonega-ing and hiding)?

Nas doesn't really have rules against griefing that other private servers, like WoW has. This would absolutely be griefing.

I'd make sure you don't ever have to argue that you were only trying to steal their mobs, not kill them, to Nasomi.

That'll be 2-3 months of your life you wish you could have back... It doesn't really matter if you "intend" to MPK them. If what you do results in someone else dying, you're going to have a hell of a time.

This is worse than what Rixx did, oddly enough in the exact same location as he did. Rixx is still in mordion.

Intent is only part of the equation when looking at your scenario. If they die due to your actions, that is what I call MPK.
