It's also confirmed that you cannot catch Gigant Squid, nor mythril swords, at the ice pond @Outpost in Beaucedine Glacier. I fished here for 5 hours last night with Rogue Rig and never caught either of them. This spot would be super OP if you could.

I couldn't seem to catch Armored Pisces in Oldton Movapolos with the frog lure, which is the recommended one on ffxiclopedia.

Minnow works great.
