Unless you can get Dates from Caedarva mire logging, Imperial Tea leaves from Bhaflau, and the Date Tea recipe works.

Or as a beastmaster, go farm Apkallus for their eggs and level on walnut cookies if the recipe is in.

The 16% proc rate on triple damage (vs retail's ~3.5%) is arguably more OP for things like kikoku.

Unless I missed a fix, the rune axe regen doesn't work.

I had one a long time ago so it might have been fixed, but when I used it it did no MP drain / regen, it was just normal axe.

It should be ~5% for triple damage relics, ~8% for double damage relics, and 7% for 2.5x damage relics. This is going off of BG findings. No one can travel back in time to test it at this point but I'd trust BG Wiki over any other source barring SE themselves.

Triple damage one handed relics benefits more here than the others due to the blanket 16%, but thanks to the mob level adjustments the advantage is usually pretty negated. You are forced to eat Sushi or Akamochi as a Dual Wielder if you want any kind of acceptable accuracy because most merit and dynamis mobs have more evasion than they should. Two handed weapon users can bust out the Red Curry Buns or high end meats.
