It should be fine. Whatever method Nasomi uses to pick winners shouldn't be affected by where the balls are located.

It may be a good time for folks who've been neglecting Gobbie Bags to get those done ASAP. Supply on most of the first sets of items is fairly decent, but I'm sure it will dry up if not replenished (crafters keep an eye out).

Current theory with bull event is to do it total of 3 times to receive Sunbreeze gear and Anniversary Ring.

Use that anniversary ring before the event ends in case Nasomi ends up removing them from everyone's inventory like he did last time. I doubt he's going to tell us whether or not he ever fixed the bug that made them exploitable to necessitate said removal in the first place.
