This is correct. It’s one of the lotto NM’s that Nas never fixed so you can time the pop down to the second. There are also people who sometimes leave alts logged there for kills so be prepared to have a JA claim or watch someone else kill it. If you really want a cloak but are having trouble getting a claim go out there in the middle of the night.

It's a timed spawn.. I've killed it 11 times for my cloak and it's spawned anywhere from 2-8 hours from last ToD. Inigomontoya lived there for a awhile.

I'm not even deleting this comment. I will sit here and be wrong in my wrongness. It has been awhile so they are probably correct about the 4 hours.

The drop rate is atrocious and that's what I remember most. Best of luck!
