Nasomi will never make that mistake again

The sad part is it was the right thing to do, but his own population gated him good from fixing his major mistakes ;x

For me, even if this is update is only adding in the missions and fixing the mob levels in ToAU I will be happy. It will be nice to have new places to level finally. However if Nas implements Assaults I'm gonna be so happy on my corsair. so much good gear there for me.

I just look forward to being in the group that people complain about in 12 months with gear that becomes harder to obtain.

I have been apart of the testing process since the beginning and I have not spent 1 second mining in Mt.Zhaylom or trying to acquire the ore in advance knowing this content was being developed a year ago. The OP and his group was invited to be apart of the process and proceeded to not participate thus being removed from the discord once caught mining the ore to pre-prepare for the inevitable day this content would be fully coded.

Preparing for something that Nas has publicly said was coming for a year+ now is against the rules?

I just think complaining that someone else took advantage of something they knew would become harder at a later date, or preparing for something that was always a stated goal of the server.... is... ironic from a good population of those that intend to do so. Iunno

He was out farming before Nas announced anything, and was forgoing helping at all on testing, due to being “busy” on Nasomi. (Paraphrase.) Not against the rules, just a shitty thing to do.

While I can understand that... choosing to be a tester means that you forgo some things (such as mining in Zhayolm). Choosing not to be one.... well

If he had implemented ToAU shortly after, and it was clear some folks had an advantage from their mining then I could be more sympathetic. As it is, it's been known for over a year that he's going to eventually implement it. Any "advantage" he had in that short period is certainly exhausted by how long it took Nas to get even close to it being useful.

If you think some one's random test server that's not made specifically for nasomi has anything to do with ToAU coming, you're in for a big surprise.

Another point.. I don't think anyone should be expected to take part in testing for something that isn't even being ran by/or with the blessing of Nasomi. Realizing a 3rd party decided to start coding Salvage, and thus going to mine for ore.. and expecting that to be worthy of a reset is laughable.

Well, he’s not our LS leader. He’s one of yours. We clearly thought he was ethically compromised ages ago. If that’s enough for you, that’s all you need. Nobody is going to be convinced either way on this.
