Except Ill probably never do another ZNM for myself, or PW. I have all the gear I could want from what would be months of pops of effort from an entire LS, and I got it from 1-2 BSTs in perhaps a dozen hours of work. Do you think thats fair?

Perhaps. The only real lack of fairness I see in the situation is that its too one-sided in who it hurts. The seller loses nothing, meanwhile the buyer loses everything. If somehow that gap can be lessened, then I think it will benefit the whole server.

He set mobs to 99 to stop people from doing the content. People found a way around it, which is unfortunate, but still their own damn fault. It's common knowledge that this is a CoP server (up until Nasomi announced ToAU). The ONLY ToAU content that was meant to be accessed is the jobs, that's it. It's your fault for ignoring that.

This whole "this happened in the past so it should happen again" shit has no merit. The server is in a state now it never has been before, and things are different. Back when the relic situation happened, he threatened to take them away and only did not because a large percentage of his player count would have left. He no longer has this problem.

Now that its just a minority being kicked in the nuts, its okay!
And, this is advertised as a ToAU era server. If you don't want people doing the content, then remove it. He left it in a form that is still accessible.
