Out of curiosity Nab, is 1M really considered a large sum?

I do not deal with moderation issues so I can't tell you what was traded exactly.

Receiving gil and items from an RMT on the day they get jailed for nothing in return is going to get you looked at regardless of how much it was.

That is the only thing that triggered the RMT for her character,

You don't know this. You are not her. No one can ask Nasomi except her about it.

Orioon/Groooovy has an interesting scenario where a known RMT handed him a large sum of gil and expensive items the same day he got banned. That's the only time there is confusion: where an RMT gives items to somebody that could be their friend, it's less clear, but regardless, those items should be taken away. Nas saw fit to jail Orioon and did another investigation after his initial one. That's not a typical scenario.

You're right, this is an assumption going off of the mass bannings of RMT stuff, twitter post and the lack of communication from Nas.

Assuming is shitty I know, but waiting around 3 days is shitty too, especially if the character is going to be loss of character. Please understand my frustration, going from having a lot of fun with my friends then a friend gets put into jail, no word from Nas for 3 days. So she is in Limbo waiting for what? Lets have some closure, I would think the investigations happen prior to being put in jail.

The investigations do happen prior to being put in jail.

Then why is there a delay in talking to the user?

Wouldn't it just be easy to tell them, wash your hands of it and move on?

Can you appeal?

It's not wise to reveal any information about how rmt is tracked because it'll just be used to hide better

Fair - removed, if you want to delete/edit the quote.

Nas answers dozens of messages a day at the least. Just because a few people go public and say they've been waiting a while doesn't mean that people don't get quick answers. Some people actually bother nas to such an extent that he has to explain to them on a nearly daily basis. Johnsniper has been coming in and out of naschat PMing him begging to unbanned for months now.

The immense number of rule breakers is why the potentially legitimate take so long to hear back from nas.

To clear up any confusion, Loco is talking about me. This isn't some 'my friend' story covering for themself, this is about me.

And yes, all I've ever done is trade my boots/pin to Loco a few times. That's literally the only thing I can think of at this point as to why I'm locked up right now. I have never paid anyone on Nasomi for gil or items.

Furthermore, regardless of the issue, it's absolutely unprofessional to just jail a player without any explanation then make them wait for days for an explanation. I don't even know what I allegedly did and I'm sitting here wondering what's up.

And before you go jumping on Nas's dick about 'oh well he's the only one who handles this stuff', it's completely within his power to appoint admins/GM's to handle this for him. I'm basically waiting because he's too lazy to get some extra help in here.

No matter where this goes, this is a strike against this server, as if the blatant dual boxing and bugs out the ass weren't bad enough.

Pointing out a reality isn’t jumping on someone’s dick. His lack of help has absolutely nothing to do with laziness.

Which... I reckon you’d know if you didn’t dismiss those answers as dick riding

It absolutely is dick riding in that it's excuse making on their behalf. It doesn't have to be this way, it's this way by Nas's choice and it's a shitty choice. Let's just throw people in jail without telling them what they've done and make them wait 3 days for a reply because I don't want to appoint anyone extra to help out with moderation.

It's terrible management and you know it.
