It's entirely fair, considering fishing is hardly more efficient than just knowing what to farm/where, and I had to level up a skill. Go spend over 100 hours leveling the craft, then come back and tell me it's not fair to be able to make less money with it in an hour than 1 person dual boxing rdm & thf.

Besides, your 40K/hr estimate is way off. I just raked in 50K off some (unaffected) fish I caught just messing around for ~30 minutes.

Think the WS missing is a bug.

It happens even vs weak mobs.

Well... Nabutso got his wish for SMN at least, he just didn’t realize now every ability misses.
