Legit zero chance nasomi bans a whole LS from entering a zone. First off how on earth would he even enforce that? If that were to happen TS would be getting free uncontested claims. Lags sucks don’t think anyone will disagree there until he fixes it the bloodbath in DA will continue nobody can handle a 1 minute delay in actions

Well yeah - That's mainly because I trolled people into oblivion, like I usually do.

The forums are useless for these discussions. It's just something we do to make us feel better about trying to be heard. The OWNMs need to be moved, Nasomi is aware of that. Either he: A. Doesn't care that they should be moved because he doesn't really care about endgame much or B. Has another way of fixing the issue.

We already know he'd rather endgame not exist, but I'm still holding out hope for option B.

I agree with Sapa. Banning LS's from zones is really just a nonstarter for this server lol.

and yes, OP, Nasomi has tested fixes for HNM zone lag.. and is something he's clearly working on fixing. As Vik said earlier, it's not as simple as we'd all like it to be.

I believe Nasomi likes the ambiguity in his rules, because it allows him to not strictly enforce them when he has other shit he's working on or doesn't really care.

Not that eveyone would ever follow this here, but back in circa 2005 on Shiva, an LS rep from each shell (NA and JP alike) would meet at Nid's tail and /random. Whichever LS rolled highest would get the next shot at it if the claiming LS wiped. It would be nice to have some type of organized way to handle lags/wipes instead of the shit show that ensues nearly every HQ, but again I dont see some people honoring it.
