Most likely deliberate. Some people can't tolerate the thought of not getting the claim themselves and someone else potentially getting a drop instead of them. Especially when they love going around saying they "own" certain NMs

I would agree with you, if the OP was complaining about aggroing the mob himself and saying he wasn't able to get passed it. But this is something that is out of his control, and out of the control of everyone in the zone; something that can and is being abused by people who do it intentionally.

He's not complaining about it being in a bad place, or aggroing him or his party because they aren't using invis properly. The zone is being griefed. You can look on world status and see zones that are constantly reset and don't see to ever go above a couple dozen hours of online time. You'll quickly see that it's not a coincidence which zones this happens in, you've been playing long enough to know that.



Correct, we weren't close to the OWNM, we were up top trying to get coffer keys for RDM AF. It is exploited to an extent, but hard to prove unless you get them on video deliberately getting aggro, or if they're careless enough to atk it to get aggro. In any case turning off the OWNM aggro, would pretty much eliminate the need for discussion. Then they would have to initiate aggro intentionally, which makes it pretty easy to catch.
