It really wasn't injurious. The whole thing is based on some peoples' observations that led to a warning inquiry that you swiftly answered. This is not a big deal at all, and I'm kind of sorry for further bumping this thread without something humorous. The only thing that can possibly be defamatory is the "before it even appears to anyone else" part, but the OP quickly appended the flawed perceptual basis for that conclusion. If someone else informed the OP before this thread that they saw it pop, then there may be a case for defamation.
