I tested to see if Sidewinder would hit just now against a lv 1 Mob. Damage was the same up close and at the sweet spot... But im 99.9% sure thats a piss poor test bc its a lv 1 Mob lol.

RNG was one of the most neutral jobs on nasomi with its own niches directly nerfed in favor of what? What was so bad about RNG as it was? Ranged distance isn't "good" balance, even if your highs are better and your lows are worse. Distance changes suck because every situation that makes RNG even a considered job requires them to be within melee range, or at extreme distances like 20-25.9.

"Oh, just find the sweet spot!" Yeah okay. Fights where RNG is preferred will have them either NEVER in that sweet spot, or it will be downright impossible to maintain, ESPECIALLY for Gun.

The changes seem made under the pretense of knowing absolutely zero about how RNG worked in endgame and took data only from how they performed in level 50-something Colibri parties. It was not well received on retail and it certainly won't be here, I'm sorry.
