For the record, Tankfest by his own admission did come and nuke slept mobs as well, before making some choice comments and leaving. I was not recording at this time as they had seemingly left the zone, but as he himself indicated he was trying to do something "sneaky". If these actions don't clearly describe griefing its probably best Nas himself comment on it to clarify.

DB had no one in zone, we had all 5 in zone, zone crashes, DB beats our pt to heiroglyphics. We were 100% there first when the zone suspiciously crashed right before they zoned in. Possibly they knew they were 2 pts behind and zoned ownm to try to get some sketchy claim?

Yep, it's up to nas. Should have recorded the nuking of slept mobs, unless no one died, then it's irrelevant. Stealing people's unclaimed mobs is not and has never been against the rules. Entering on another person's dynamis has never been against the rules. The only time anyone has been banned is because of blatant mpk. We'll see what precedence gets set with this example

From being in the zone around the same time and what I saw, there was no holding party present when all of this kicked off. The expectation for a holding party is your sleeper, your THF, and two black mages. The rationale for this is that's what it takes to start clearing the zone. A 74 RDM/20 COR is not sleeping for any group (sleepga comes from /BLM). That's not a valid sleeper. Ergo, not a holding party.

We had one successful sleepga 2, off which we set up for a nuke. 5 in our group are SUPER new to buburimu, we don't know a whole lot about the zone like you guys. Apparently DB's actions prior to entry and up to this pull have no weight here, which is what I'm going to snipe their kills in future bubus for.

In the video, it looks like Dirac is kiting the pull like normal when you guys sleep. His route takes him past the crabs again after you slept them, at which point some of them wake up. His close proximity due to his kite path at that point and them being separated by the sleepga seems to have resulted in his death by your claimed, not-acted-on crabs.

Whatever man, whatever happens is gonna happen. I'm at peace with our actions, and I know the DB party pulled some sketchy stuff and went back on our agreement. I'm going to enter bubu every time Dirac &friends do with a pt of 4 blms and snipe their AoE pulls when they are low hp. If Nasomi decides to ban me over any of this so be it, in that case this server is so upside down I'd rather not be here. Maybe make rules more clear or fix dynamis rules.

I feel as though you are digging your own grave here now with that last statement. EDIT: And you keep piling it on.

In general people should be nicer though. Good attitudes and communication goes a long way. There was evidently a breakdown of communication here and we can see what it led too.

Oh, and as humorous as this was to read after Dirac put it in discord, this is getting close to harassment.

Like I said, I don't believe griefing is really against the rules here. at least, not explicitly that's for sure. I think the THF could have kited the crabs forever, and been just fine. I also think someone might stop running when someone tries to claim mobs that they have hate on, and that is why he died.

Either way, I'd generally recommend you play on Nasomi with the intention of never having to explain yourself to him.. because if that happens, it could take you 6-8 weeks to actually get a resolution.
