I don't see in that log where Despot is hitting Vivix.

You see Vivix using Hide in the vicinity of where Conscious is, before getting hit by Despot. What if Vivix was in the middle of fighting something else. Saw that Despot spawned, and watch it aggro Chess. Vivix hides to lose whatever he is fighting, one shadow disappears, and watches as Despot kills Conscious and Chess?

That's all you can get from the screenshot.

If this is the case, any time someone else uses Hide near you, just turn around and die. Claim MPK with screenshots of your log?

The fact that he pops flee to move it towards someone before hiding, waits for Despot to kill -two characters-, and THEN claims it?

And I didn't raise any profanities, just pointing out that this could be a slippery slope. Use Hide, someone dies after... it instantly is assumed to be mpk? Not saying that Vivix had or didn't have hate on Despot, but the chat doesn't show that.

There main thing is there being intent. If you accidentally kill someone, different to planning to do it.

He waited for it to kill both chars, looking at the log it took a whole minute, then he decided he wanted to kill Despot again. That’s intent.

That's not intent. Intent would be Vivix declaring he will MPK Chess in the future prior to this happening.

All we can see in the logs is Vivix losing hate on something with Hide.

Chess and Conscious gets killed by Despot.

We have time in the screenshots. We have parts of the damage in the screenshots.

We don't know what happened before. We don't know what was said before this moment in time. We don't even know for certain that Chess/Conscious were actually afk. We don't know where Despot spawned in relation to where Chess/Conscious died.

We have a certain snippet that supports Conscious claim given by Gbg.

Like I said before, if all it takes is for someone else to use Hide on a mob, then you get aggro, and die. Call foul by taking screenshots of your chat log. And only then you win at Nasomi-FFXI.

If they died because they were AFK in a dangerous spot, I just don't really understand why Joey appears in the SS at all? Everytime I die because I fall asleep at a dangerous spot, the logs just show a mob aggroing and killing me.
