Nas letting people like OC re-roll again and again is a waste of time for all of us. Banned twice now, clearly can't stop cheating, just creating more admin work for yourself to either monitor him or look into him again in 6 months and more headache for the rest of us to put up with.
Short of requiring a credit card or drivers license how do you suppose I stop him? If I know who he is at least I can keep an eye on him.
In this instance the guy loves the attention so isn't shy about who he is.

New players to Eden will require a registration code to create an account. The purpose of registration codes is to prevent abuse of account creation. Similar to !unstuck, the !getcode command may be used by any player meeting both of the following criteria:
accumulated 120 hours (5 days) of playtime and
main job level 15 or greater.
The !getcode command will return a 7 digit, one-time use registration code that expires after 10 minutes that should be given to new players wishing to create an account (or existing players wishing to create alternate accounts).
Existing players providing registration codes to new players will not be punished if the new player becomes banned for rule violations. Requesting a registration code repeatedly for the purpose of mass account creation is prohibited, even if done over the course of several weeks.
I've posted about this before. Not saying it's perfect but it becomes infinitely easier to track if certain people are giving questionable users codes for abusing the server. Obviously not all new players know someone who could give them a code, but that doesn't seem to be an issue on Eden as a quick Discord request tends to get you one fairly quick, maybe it can be put into the IRC on a bot. Following that, maybe if the code comes from the IRC bot, a flag is raised on the account for a short review or they can't enter certain zones until some requisites are met.
I'm not a coder, I don't claim to know how easy or difficult these would be in practice, but players like OC are damaging to the community here and negatively impacting the experience in such a huge way, it's disheartening to see you ban them, they re-roll and within a few weeks / months they're back to where they were.
