Naschat, I don't have the screen of it, Nab might but, he definitely said it, in a very vague nasomi way. I won't rule out that it wasn't trolling but I still think it exists-ish.

I didn't say it's in a BCNM. I said nas said it's in a BCNM, basically, and that I believe that it's possibly in one of the under-utilized ones.

Agreed. I have data to support my beliefs it drops from a bcnm as well

Everyone says this but what are the working under-utilized bcnms? Maybe ones like cactaur suave that don't currently drop loot/ have working chests?

Would actually be awesome, and hopefully working soon as there is at least 1 awesome underrated drop from that, but I think if any its gonna be a 20/30bcnm, kinda fked to put that scroll on 75 content
