I doubt it is always purposeful. There was no reason to be purposefully vague about whether the last day of the event was the 11th or 12th, for example.

Nas told me that "everything" he does is on purpose.

Pepsi, he means the "until" word. "Until" the 12th means it ends 11:59 PM on the 11th. Instead it ended at 11:59 PM on the 12th, and the drawings were all held a few hours later on the early AM of the 13th, instead of the "following days" implying one drawing, or at least not all the drawings, per day.

For time frames it’s probably because he has other stuff going on in his life. He did give a 3 hour warning on fb and in game. If he makes a hard time commitment and misses it, people crucify him. I’ve seen it happen and it’s probably why he doesn’t do it anymore.

Besides, the contest was very player-friendly. The total value of the gil+items exceeded the amount invested by the players.

I thought the announcement and contest were fine. If you read it without allowing other people to cloud your understanding, it was pretty cut and dry. Especially compared to the train wreck that was the first SE Mog Bonanza...

I don't think he should have announced the names of the winner, though. Let people come forward if they want. I definitely wouldn't want constant tells from the people who bought literal hundreds of balls and felt they should have won instead.

Honestly it doesn’t at all matter that much. It’s a private server. That you can play for free. Anything else is extra incentive. Enjoy the game for what it is and anything Nas thinks up to add is just a bonus.
