I understand what you are saying, but we played the current server as it was, which is fine. I don't see a reason to punish effort put into it, or oppose a merit refund. It wouldn't affect the server negatively in any way, and only serves as a vindictive "f you bsts" stance to take. (you personally, not Nas, he does what he wants.)

The whining season has overstayed its welcome, it is quite transparent that people complaining about BST have put so much work in the job solely because they wanted to use it for exploiting before that door was slammed in their face.

There are still people who play BST because they have fun, imagine that! And SMN, and BLM, for that matter.

I soloed BST from 1 to 75 in original retail TWICE. Don't even come here talking like you have any clue LOL... pre Snarl and post Snarl. All he did was make the job completely useless just like retail did until Snarl was introduced. Even retail they realized it was terrible and fixed it. If I had thought that would be the case 2 years ago I wouldn't have invested any merits into the job .. but here we are 2 years late and it's back to retail uselessness. Refund the merits!

ya know for a free server i see alot of "i want this refunded i want that refunded" jesus people its nasomi's server guess what you ant gonna get anything back nasomi does as he see's fit and will continue to do it. Just kinda tired about the non stop whine fest everytime he does a patch. I hit 75 BST in 2004. BST was never "good", sorry to say. It had the potential to solo some things otherwise not able to be soloed at the time, such as Ancient Goobbue. The job was always useless when it came to endgame. Show any decent LS a line up of jobs they want for their endgame content and BST would be tied for last pick with PUP.

We should get Nas to remove the threat gain from Reward now to make BST REALLY retail accurate IMHO.

As soon as every BST drops every item they obtained through the abuse of these merits, then sure, Nas can refund them.

I’ll still be playing bst because it’s still fun.

It's also still a very solid subjob for soloing mobs! I envy my friends who have it.


I'd love that too, it's for someday I'm sure. :O
