We already know most people are way to toxic to act civil and work this out as a community. So stop keeping this drama under the rug, post it for the world to see. Nas seems to care a lot about how new players will view/judge this server via the forums, hit him were it hurts.

We hear about this issue each time nidhogg slips into primetime and we all deal with a completely unplayable zone of over 100 people. Some cry for others to leave, some just talk a lot of shit to try and raise tension and distract the claiming group hoping it makes them fail(me). Honestly, no group should have to deal with finally getting claim on a highly sought after mob only to have it taken away from them by a server that just can't handle that many people in one zone. It is what it is though. Threads at least bring a little attention to the matter but likely will never really get anything done. A petition is.. interesting. Not something I'm going to get involved in but I do understand. It's a universal experience on this server, really. I don't think I know anyone who has spent any significant time in Dragon's Aery that has not had claim and lost it only due to lag. It stinks. Hopefully the lag fixes happen, because while I have no real negative thoughts about force pops, I would bet most of my gil they will never happen here.

First of all nice post.
Secondly while i think all of us wants the lag to be fixed the proposal for a forced pop system was "only if" the lag is somehow unfixable. The petition is just to give nas hard numbers on how many care about something being done.

im sure if nabutso were here he'd probably say to report it to nasomi, you wont get it fixed unless you report it to nasomi.

dunes doesnt lag, so get a better PC.
