It's a noble thought and all but...the only way whatever you propose to work would be if ALL linkshells agree. Even if you could get CM, TS, and Yes to agree on something....what if vendetta, forsaken, <insert 7 other current endgame ls here> don't agree? Are you gonna bully them? Even if some miraculous reason you get the current LS's to agree, how would you enforce that on future linkshells? With how often Nexus is splitting into smaller shells, who's to say other linkshells dont and make up their own rules?

It's a noble thought, we had something similar on Fairy, got 3 major linkshells to agree, but it all got fucked up once newer linkshells came rolling in.

Food for thought.

there was always a group of people across the various forums who wanted to play nice and follow scheduling that got shit-canned and shortcutted because of a dick, a language barrier, or something in between, so it's authentic

My guess is the details haven't all been ironed out and that's why he's looking to get people together to discuss. Why post an idea that isn't fully baked for it to be completely torn down in a day when really he is looking for a discussion around the idea. The forum here really isn't a great place for that since people tend to focus on any flaws and get a bit hive minded and jump on the hate wagon.

I'd be happy to have a discussion around the "idea", once he shares his "idea".

However, if the "idea" is too complicated that you can't post it on the thread of a forum that you created about the "idea".... It's too complicated to succeed, and that discussion is time wasted.
