To be honest, as someone who use to merc kirin and the other gods, this deal is well... crazy. To think that you farmed 2 kirin pops and ONLY wanted 2 osodes, 2 wlegs, and a haidate and that a linkshell of 18+ people are going to come out and kill kirin twice for only money and heca is beyond dumb. Especially the drop rates of kirin osode and wlegs. You got 4 legs and 2 osodes, id consider that really lucky. And womper, if you truly thought this linkshell accepted this offer then your just as much to blame. Vendetta isn't some new upcoming ls who needs/wants the money items off kirin and doesn't mind wasting 18 peoples time for experience and money off kirin.

Their assumption for Osode, wlegs, haidate for 2 kirin pops and 2 sets of all gods is reasonable for 18 peoples time to kill. This makes sense and it gives their ls a chance at maybe some heca and some wlegs if extra drop, and if 2 osodes drop that would be lovely. This deal is a good merc deal. Your offer is steep, and while there might be some ls (or some small man groups) who would accept your offer, it would be very slim.

However, if Vendetta did agree to 2 wlegs, 2 osodes, and 1 haidate, then they def should of held up their end of the bargain. With such a deal (would be hard to believe) you should of directly asked a sack holder if it is true, because you know they say if it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't. So I am thinking most the blame would be on you and your friend. Sorry, hopefully you learned this lesson.

It does suck what happened, but you two got 3 legs (from my understanding) and an osode free then another osode for 1mil. That is still a really great deal from a merc/seller point of view. Like really good. I would personally cut your losses and move on.
