RESOLVED:

I copy/pasted the new Ashita into my Nasomi directory w/o deleting the old one first
I re downloaded the new Ashita, deleted the existing folder and dragged the new one in. Works fine now

Yo,

So I downloaded that new luncher and found out I had an old laucher version. So I get the lastest one and the issue "1. Failed to obtain PlayOnline path from system registry" solved itself and ashita poped up the ID and Pwd window. But after entering my loggins informations I'm getting:

Sending accound id...
Hairpin fix applied!
Closing

.. and the windows shuts down. Any idea?

I tried to do the /flushdns thing but it's not getting better ; ;

Thank you, Nabutso, for all of this information. I'm not super computer savvy but was able to get back online following these directions. It took me a while and a bit of frustration but I got there. Now to go to my mom's and get my laptop up and running too! Thanks again.

I get the same message as Harlley (hairpin fix, closing..)
I've recently reinstalled retail (when the ddos attacks started). I saw the troubleshooting-guide on nasomiwiki and downloaded the DLL's. Didn't work.
I have followed the steps in the OP, but it didn't work.

So right now it seems my options are to either play nasomi or retail. Anyone with the same problem that managed to find a fix? I use the EU steam version of retail btw. Dont know if it matters.

If you downloaded the DLLs, did you read their instructions? Please read it carefully. You need to edit the NasomiDLL.bat file, and then run it as admin.

am i the only one who cant download the v20 installer from the download page? trying to do the direct download. thats the only proposed solution the the problems im running into and it isnt working
