My guess would be the event moogles in port sandy, port bastok and windy walls but I'll be damned if i can figure out what combination to give them.

Combinations i've tried:
My character name (could be bugged cause both my chars have the same letter twice)
first 3 of my character name
first letter of my char name
nasomi
abc
7 of the same letter
Easter

I don't even know where to get these eggs... Running around town, nothing has stood out as there being an event running

Port Windy / Port Bastok / North Sandy. You're looking for the mobs that are next to the nasboat portals. But they move around after you check one. Check out the wiki for more info!
