You're complaining about the very nature of the game. It's designed to be competitive. There are functions in place to keep it from getting out of hand, such as mobs going red and people out of your party being unable to claim. Once it's yellow, it's fair game. I wouldn't turn down a chance at 150k, anyone who says otherwise is a fool.
